OBSERVATIONS:
- Kevin exhibits impressive spatial and mechanical reasoning skills. His science/engineering teachers note that he quickly grasps complex concepts and often helps classmates troubleshoot projects.
- Socially, Kevin struggles with authority and peers. He has a tendency to become withdrawn when challenged. Several incidents have been reported of Kevin quietly retaliating against classmates who bully him.
- Kevin maintains average grades overall but excels in shop class, where he has built and modified complex mechanical devices.

CONCERNS:
- Kevin’s repeated references to “setting people straight” and “giving them what they deserve” could indicate an underlying anger or resentment.
- There was an incident in March where another student was injured by a falling tool cabinet, though no concrete evidence tied Kevin to the tampering.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Discuss possible referral to a school psychologist for conflict resolution counseling.
- Encourage Kevin to join structured extracurriculars (robotics club, science olympiad) to focus his engineering interests positively.
- Schedule regular progress check-ins with parents.
