Ron,

Wanted to fill you in on the tapes we uncovered at the warehouse. Voice analysis is pending, but preliminary results strongly suggest it’s Kevin McAllister. The content is… disturbing. Talks about using fear as a tool, about “trials” and “clarity through suffering.” Reminds me too much of the Jigsaw MO.

We’ve got open missing-persons bulletins for Kevin since 2012, no confirmed sightings. I’m putting together a profile to forward to the FBI BAU. Let’s coordinate with them ASAP—this feels bigger than just local law enforcement.

Copy that. I’m booking time to brief the Captain. If the Jigsaw copycat is Kevin, we need to close in fast. I’m forwarding you a list of hardware stores and suppliers around the city. Let’s see if we can trace any bulk purchases that match these “trap parts.”

FYI, I also found old psych evals from ‘92 that mention early signs of “desensitization.” This might fill in some blanks for the BAU.
